Video Card #3: Season's Greetings

Now that Halloween is officially over, it’s time to break out the decorations. Hubs and I didn’t give out any candy this holiday. I totally forgot to buy candy. When I arrived home from work on Halloween evening, I was terrified to see my front porch light turned on and hear the trampling of kids feet heading towards our door; I had zero sweets to give, minus a package of Chinese milk candy that would probably result in good egging of our house. So, instead of handing out tablets of melamine death, I opted to turn out all the lights and hide in the dark until the kids were gone. Poor kids; I’m such a bad neighbor!

I have another video card for you today. In the spirit of the upcoming festive season, this one is a holiday card. I did some embossing and I also dyed a piece of chipboard red using a pigment ink cube (SU Craft Stampin’ Spot). Enjoy!

this is just the video i’ve been looking for…..i’ve always wanted to see embossing in action! thanks a million.

P.S. I’ve always chaperoned kids trick-or-treating or to a Halloween party so we’ve never been home on Halloween to give out candy.

I’m loving these videos. When I’m older (and not so broke) I plan to make stamping my hobby! :)

ooh, sweet card…
simple, yet complete…

on a side note, would you ever look into doing tutorials on using windows movie maker? or perhaps hint me/us to sources that you’ve found to be helpful? or is it all trial and error?

im fairly good at handling computers/programs, but movie maker seems beyond me…i’ve opened the program and was lost as to where to go/start…i tried a little, but im eons away from creating cutesy/pretty effects/titles and what not like you…
