I’ve Lost My Voice

My blogging voice, I mean. It has been so long since I regularly blogged, I’ve forgotten how to write.

Ever since Hubs and I moved from the boondocks, Outer Sunset district in SF, to the hip ‘n happenin’ SOMA district, I’ve had less of an urge to sit in front of my computer and write. I find myself wandering the streets, people watching, taking pictures, and simply enjoying the wonders of city living. While SF is no NY, it is just right for me. Big enough to explore, yet too small to get lost in, it’s a perfect match for a wannabe-city-girl-but-deep-down-inside-suburb-girl.

So, it’s Thanksgiving tomorrow, the most appropriate time to take note of what I’m thankful for. Although I’ve felt thankful for so much in 2009, I’m specifically grateful for a healthy family, friends with whom I can be myself with (warts and all), and a home to call our own. Oh yes, and a husband who constantly thinks of our well-being together over his own immediate gratification. I wish I could say the same for myself sometimes. :)

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Before I sign off, I’ll share two teasers from some stuff I’ve been working on:

Cheryl & Hai’s wedding in Burlingame

Baby Derek & family’s photo shoot

Happy Thanksgiving!

Good to hear from you. I’d love to see a few of this pics!

I know exactly what you mean, I feel as if I’ve lost my blogging voice too! Sad, after 6+ years of blogging regularly…

Happy Thanksgiving!

I’ve missed you! Please don’t go away again … for long. Blessings to you and your family.
